Cala Xelín
Cala Xelín is located between L’Ametlla de Mar and the Tres Cales residential area. It’s accessible both on foot and by car, and stands out as one of the most idyllic coves in the Terres de l’Ebre region. Measuring around 100 metres in length and between 10 and 20 metres in width, it combines pebbles, gravel and rocky areas surrounded by vegetation, creating a natural and welcoming atmosphere. Its crystal-clear waters and rocky seabed make it ideal for snorkelling and scuba diving, with notable posidonia meadows and rich local marine life. In addition, Cala Xelín is part of the GR-92 trail, making it a perfect stop for hikers exploring the Catalan coastline. Cala Xelín is, therefore, a cove full of character: perfect for families, couples and nature lovers who value authenticity, tranquillity and a pure Terres de l’Ebre coastal experience.
