Spring is here, and summer is just around the corner, making us more eager to do outdoor activities with the family. In L'Ametlla de Mar, we offer many ways to experience the coast, with a wide range of refreshing activities to enjoy with the little ones in the family.

Kayaking, a different way to explore the coast. Kayaking is a comfortable and safe activity for all ages and skill levels. We can choose to practice it closer or farther from the coast, depending on the age of our little ones. If we navigate in shallow waters, we can enjoy an excellent view of the seabed due to the clarity of the waters.

Fishing with the family. Several companies offer this activity with our little ones. On board, they will explain the different types of fishing we can find. It’s a great way to introduce our kids to sport fishing.

Snorkeling in the seabed. You can’t miss this activity if you visit us in L'Ametlla de Mar. It’s an entertaining and fun way to discover the fauna and flora of our coastline with the family. Our seabed is known for having one of the largest seagrass meadows of Posidonia on our coasts. Experiencing this with marine experts is an adventure!

Boat trips. Several companies from #ametllademarexperience offer us the chance to explore the coast aboard their boats, either just with family or with a skipper. You can enjoy it all day long or in the evening, to witness the sunset over the pines and reach the fine sand or pebble coves.

Tuna-tour, the experience of swimming among giant tunas. This unique activity is well known worldwide. Aboard this catamaran, you and your family can learn about the life of this giant fish from our coasts and finish with a swim among hundreds of these giant tunas.

Sailing, a pleasant journey. What better way for our little ones to get to know the sea than aboard these small boats that will take us into the sea with the sole propulsion of the wind on their sail. If you enjoy tranquility, embark and let yourself be carried away...
