CLUES TO LOCATE THE 3 INSTAGRAM POINTS: 1.- It is located where a very friendly fish greets the fishermen. 2.- It is located at the end of a street dedicated to a great explorer. 3.- It is located on a street that officially "faces the sea." 2.- Take a selfie at any of the 3 points. 3.- Post your selfies on Instagram with the hashtags #Selfieametllademar and #AmetlladeMar. 4.- Follow our profile @turismeametllademar.

PRIZES (for 2 people): – One night at the Hotel L’Alguer, courtesy of the hotel. – A boat tour courtesy of "Mementos Serveis Marins." – A guided tour through the typical streets of L'Ametlla to learn about the history of the fishermen.

1.- OBJECT OF THE CONTEST The organizer of this contest is the Tourism Office of L'Ametlla de Mar, located at Avenida Amistat, s/n (Parc del Bon Repòs).

The aim of this contest is to promote tourism in L'Ametlla de Mar through social media.

2.- NATURE OF THE CONTEST The contest will be free of charge and will be conducted under the conditions outlined in these official rules. All photography enthusiasts or professionals, of any nationality, can participate in this contest.

To participate, you must take a selfie at one of the 3 Instagram points located throughout L’Ametlla de Mar. Only photographs that meet the contest rules and follow the participation instructions within the scheduled dates and with the requirements specified in these rules will be accepted in the contest.

3.- HOW TO PARTICIPATE To participate, you need to post selfies on Instagram. There is no limit to the number of selfies you can submit. The photos must be tagged with the official hashtag #AmetlladeMar and the specific contest hashtag #SelfieAmetlladeMar19.

Participants must follow the profile @turismeametllademar.

For each photo submitted to the contest, the organization will assign a number that will be used for the prize draw among all participants.

4.- TIMELINE The contest will start at 00:00 on July 1, 2019, and end at 23:59 on September 11, 2019.

5.- PRIZE (for 2 people) – One night’s accommodation for two people at Hotel L’Alguer. – Boat trip to explore the coast of L’Ametlla de Mar with “Mementos Serveis Marítims.” – Guided tour of the typical streets of L’Ametlla to learn about the history of the fishermen. (Prizes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value).

6.- IMAGE RIGHTS Participants transfer, under the necessary legal terms, the rights to the images of their photographs to the organization, allowing it to use the material for promotion across any media channel, and to hold an exhibition after the contest ends, if applicable, with the images presented for this purpose.

The organization reserves the right to report or request the removal of any photograph if it violates personal rights, is offensive or discriminatory, or for any other reason the organization deems appropriate.

7.- DATA PROTECTION By participating in this contest, participants agree that the content and comments that will be published on social media may be shared across any media the organizers deem appropriate. Participation in a contest of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the social networks on which it is shared.

No prior registration or sign-up is required. The organizers will not collect any data for registration, as participation is public. Only the collection of personal data from the winner will be necessary for the prize delivery process, in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.

The owners of the provided personal data may exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation, and opposition by sending a written request, accompanied by a copy of their National Identity Document, addressed to the Tourism Office of L’Ametlla de Mar, Avda. Amistat Hispano Italiana s/n, 43860 L’Ametlla de Mar, with the reference “Data Protection – Selfie Contest 19”.

8.- RESPONSIBILITIES The organizers reserve the right to cancel any participation or participant if there are suspicions of incorrect manipulation of the data or the contest. The organization reserves the right to reject or exclude from participation in the contest, and in general from any promotion, any participant who does not meet the requirements described in these rules and terms of participation, or who violates the rules or purpose of the contest. The organization is not responsible for any damage caused by third parties while taking the photos at the Instagram points.

9.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES By participating in the contest, the participants and winners accept the conditions as described in these rules. Any doubts that may arise regarding the interpretation of these rules will be resolved by the organization.
