On May 1, Labor Day, in Ametlla we celebrat with a public bike ride from the Town Hall to Mas Platé, located about 6 km from the town center. This festival, which has been going on for over thirty years, brings together a large number of people from the same village and people from surrounding towns also join in to have a good day. During the day there are different cultural and recreational activities, as a public "butifarrada", with various cycling activities, free picnic at Mas Platé, different popular games, etc..
