The Gastronomic Days of Ametlla de Mar are the showcase of the products of its fishmarket and a sample of the best recipes of the restuarants. The stars are the different varieties of fish from our coast and our chefs, with their classical and modern techniques, delight in us with the different menus they offer during the gastronomic day. This festival is organised by the Tourist boards of the towns, which work together to provide our visitors with a gourmet quality product at affordable prices. Besides promoting local cuisine it also aims to boost tourism and fishing of the Costa Dorada y las Tierras del Ebro.
